Just double-click it to download the zippws file.

In Windows, just double-click on the file to unzip it.

If you don't have a program to unzip the file, go to:

www.winzip.com

and download the Evaluation Version of WinZip. It is free.

If you are on a Mandrake linux machine:

1. after downloading it using Netscape, etc.
2. click on the Home Icon on the desktop
3. click on 680.tar.gz
4. click on the chapter number
5. right-click on the file, such as hello.c 6. open with text editor
7. do a save-as to where you want it.

If you are using RedHat

1. download the file.
2. from the command line (terminal window), type:
gunzip 680.tar.gz
tar -xf 680.tar
to un gunzip and tar the file.
